Product was delivered in a vacuumed packed bag. The creases smother out by themselves after a day. Non slip backing and good quality.

It’s fine. I knew it was thin and that’s what I wanted for this space and the fold lines came out after a few days. Reads a lot cooler, more purple, blue, and white, in person in the light.

I gave this rug four stars because I’m still a bit unsure about it. The quality is nice, and the wide‑weave, natural‑looking texture is appealing, but something about the color and pattern feels a little off in my space. It’s a mix between brown and grey—almost a greige—and the design is printed rather than woven, which I’m not used to. I typically prefer true woven rugs, so that may be what’s throwing me off. That said, I bought this rug because I have a puppy who is still learning where to do her business, and she ruined my previous rug. This one fits in my washer, which makes it incredibly practical. For that reason alone, it’s been a great solution.

For starters, the rug is super soft. The pattern is beautiful in person, however, it is quite wrinkled and I’m hoping straightens out with time. The backing isn’t as gripping as I hoped it’d be, but that might be okay for washing. Also, the runner itself doesn’t seem to be super straight.
