I have purchased this item twice, and unfortunately I've had the same experience both times. The first time, I assumed the problem was my own. I thought perhaps I hadn't dried it properly after it got wet. I even left it out in the sun for an extended period, but it never completely dried and eventually became covered in mold. I had not choice but to throw it away. I purchased a second one and it was the same thing again!!! I'm extremely disappointed that this has happened twice. It makes me wonder if there is an issue with the rubber backing. Considering the cost of this product I expected much better quality and durability. Having to replace it twice has cost me a fortune. I hope you'll stand behind your product and provide a satisfactory resolution. Thank you Meg Waldowski

Love this mat! Looks perfect on my porch. Was delivered quickly and packaged well!

This product got wet from rain water and stained. I wet the entire mat and let it dry in the sun as the instructions on the website noted and it has made no difference. The mat is now discoloured. I would like it replaced.
