For everyone with water stain issues. White vinegar got my water stains out. Clean the rug with white vinegar. The vinegar removed old water stains. Still don’t love the rug because it stains with water.

It is like this material literally attracts dirt. I have a professional rug cleaner tell me that this material is not supposed to get wet so there is no good way to clean it. Would not recommend.

This rug is absolutely gorgeous and the perfect colors for our lake house. Great feel and uplifts the area. Problem is, if water spills on this material, it turns brown instantly. Professional cleaner could not get the water stain out. Buyer beware.
