I returned these. The description was not as stated. They were perfect for cat bed but not for living room.

I received a 18" rug sample. Very disappointed! I'm being charged for postage to return it to receive my refund.

I ordered a rug that stated it was 18' x 18'. It was great price, so I called customer service to confirm the rug size and the price. They assured me that I would be receiving the 18' x 18' rug. I just got my order and it was an 18" swatch. I called to return it, and I was told that I must return the swatch to get a refund. The problem is that 1. There was no manager to take my call and I have to wait 3-5 days for a callback 2. the rep told me she put in a request for pick up, but she lied 3. The rep is making me take the swatch to a Fed Ex office myself. Wait, wasn't this an error on Wayfair? I am Fuming! Couldnt the rep waive the item return?The rep also re-ordered the wrong item.
