This rug is beautifully handcrafted and I love the charming braided fringe. It has some heft, but I would still recommend a good rug pad underneath. Yarn colors that make up the flowers and leaves are not as vibrant as pictured on the website or the pics in the reviews. The lighter pink and white tones are light beige in my rug and appear as if the rug is soiled in those areas. Yellow is dull gold, and green is lighter than pictured. The background is actually dark gray, not black, but it is pleasing.

The rug is lighter in-person but it’s gorgeous. Perfect for our living room.
