Wayfair picture shows one rug which I wanted, but the description says a smaller version. So I contact via chat and I am assured that the one I will purchase is the one the picture shows. I took pictures of the chat just in case. Open the rug and it’s a smaller version which is wrong. I call and am told I should have red the description and I need to pay the shipping. I told them I will not pay shipping and have the chat to prove it is their error and it is false advertising. I am disconnected and not called back. I call back and did fight for free shipping but I need to wrap it and bring it to FedEx. Thank goodness FedEx is so helpful and friendly. Wayfair was a terrible at customer service. If there is problem even if their fault, be ready for a fight. It was my first and last purchase. I tried speaking to a manager but never got one.
