I ordered a green rug for over $500.00. I was sent the wrong item; a brown and navy rug instead. I contacted Wayfair twice to remove the $75.00 return shipping fee for the incorrect rug, however I have not yet heard from Wayfair. Terrible customer service!

Love the quality, color and texture of the rug. Outstanding purchase, it cost more than than other rugs but it is an excellent quality.
