The rug we got was the exact color shown online. It is in my child's playroom and has not started shedding, which is a HUGE plus. The rug is soft to sit and lay on. Other reviews said that it didn't hold up to wear and tare, so far that has not been the issue with our rug. It shipped out like 5 days ahead of what was listed online, another huge plus. Pros: great rug for the price
