The color was not even close to what was advertised in the picture. Trying to return it and the return label will not print. Horrible customer service

Great quality rug; the only reason I'm rating it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the color looks differently than reflected on the Wayfair page in that i agree with others it is more gray than brown. Still works for me although I would have preferred more of a brown.
