The color was not even close to what was advertised in the picture. Trying to return it and the return label will not print. Horrible customer service

This rug looks like it was made for my living room. It’s oerfect and beautiful

We are so happy with the appearance and quality of this rug. The fact that it has both brown and gray means that it worked with our decor which has wood furniture and silver accents. Because we have cats, we wanted a tufted rug so they wouldn’t use it as a scratching pad. Again, this rug was perfect. It is thick and comfortable underfoot but not so thick that’s it’s difficult to vacuum.
