[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just unrolled my carpet and I I am very disappointed in this rug, The medallion (rust colored) varies from medallion to medallion. Part of the medallons look faded, while others have more definite colors. How can I return this carpet?

I have an extra-large washing machine, and this rug is a total mess after washing it. It is wrinkled beyond repair, so it is going in the trash. Don't waste your money!

I ordered this online even with no reviews because it was just so pretty! I've only had it in my house for a day so I can't speak to the durability yet, but the pattern is beautiful. It's pretty thin so I did get a rug pad to go with it and I think it's perfect like that. I like that it is not very plush, it makes me feel like it will last longer and hold up to two dogs and a toddler. For some reason, it's showing up looking more gray in the pictures but in person it is very true to the colors online.
