This is probably the most beautiful rug I've ever purchased. The photos really don't do it justice! It looks and feels like quality. The description says "hand woven" and it looks it...just gorgeous! It is thick enough that my grandson loves to lay down on it to watch TV. I usually like to have a thin carpet pad under an area rug, but this one does not need it. We've had it several months now and it shows no signs of wear thus far.
