I bought rug as a gift for my son’s new home. He gave me VERY vague(!!) instructions on what he wanted, so I focused on size, material (wool), manufacturing technique, and thickness of tuft. The rug looks stunning in his home, is extremely neutral, and its holding up beautifully. Soon after rug arrived, an unplanned for 6 mos old rescue puppy joined the family, and now the color and pattern and durability are even more appreciated, and makes me look like a genius ;-) Also, since purchase, I have noticed this same or similar pattern and color rug several times in brochures of high end homes for sale, home magazines, etc.. So I am thrilled I found this (and a bit jealous I didn’t need one too).
