This rug looks exactly like the picture. I was looking for a rug with neutral colors and this rug did not disappoint. The colors are different shades of gray plus off white and tan. Unlike a lot of rugs with gray shades, there is no blue in this rug. I ordered the 7’10” x 9’10” size and it arrived rolled up around a cardboard tube. I placed a pad under the rug and I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I love the colors and quality of this rug however, it arrived folded in a box and not rolled as most carpets. There were instructions on it that advised that the creases would flatted out, but here we are, 6 weeks later and the creases are still there. I even tried steaming them out and that didn’t work. I am so disappointed in this as it really takes away from the look and it is just not safe for our elderly family members.
