For starters, it's not nearly as dark 'brown' as the picture shows. It's a tan/taupe. But the real reason for 3 stars was the binding: on both ends of my 14' runner, the stitching was messed up. The manufacturer refunded a small portion of my cost, but can't replace it because it was "out of stock" (uh, aren't they the ones who can make more??). Disappointing. This manufacturer is usually good.
