It's a resold product, actual product is made by @lolirugs here: https://www.rugs-direct.com/Details/LoloiIIRugs-Austen-AUS04/143176 OEKO-TEX Certification Number on label does not exist in their database, likely a fake certification. Loose threads upon unwrapping. It smells so bad i have it outside. I will probably throw it away.
