The rug arrived damaged (see frayed portions) and dirty. The dirt and damage was all over the rug and it was unusable in our home. We requested to return it but were charged return shipping on an expensive item that arrived damaged to us, which seemed wholly unnecessary and irresponsible of Wayfair. We were offered a 20 discount to keep it or to receive a replacement item, but we were concerned the next one would arrive the same and didn’t want the hassle. I’m extremely disappointed as I’ve been a Wayfair customer for many years and had a great experience until now. I do not foresee purchasing from the company again in the future given what a significant hassle this was and the fact that we’re paying 75 to return a defective item, are out that money and still need to find a new rug.
