I have mixed feelings about this rug. It’s a nice looking rug, and the finished look on my patio creates a clean, updated outdoor space. But the shipping delays and quality control issues were frustrating. My biggest complaint is the shipping. The rug was marked as shipped almost immediately, yet it took more than three weeks to arrive. During that time, customer service was unable to provide any meaningful assistance beyond asking me to keep waiting while the delivery date continued to change. I was also disappointed that the actual dimensions were smaller than advertised. The listing states 8’6” x 13’, but my rug measures closer to 8’6” x 12’6”. There are also a few flaws in the weave, including small white thread balls that are visible in several places. They’re minor, but noticeable. Finally, the IvoryTaupe color is much lighter in person than it appears online. That’s partly personal preference, but I would have chosen a different color had I known. Overall, the rug is acceptable, but the long shipping delay, inaccurate dimensions, and quality issues make it difficult to recommend.

Beautiful rug. It is great quality exactly like the picture. My new patio set looks beautiful on top of it.
