Color is NOT AT ALL what’s pictured. This is supposed to be the “silver” rug. I submitted a request for a replacement (in hopes of getting the color pictured) and another cream rug was delivered yesterday. The pictures and description of this item need updating.

This is not Silver (grey), it is a very light beige! Customer service was amazing and issued a refund asap but Im sad about not getting the grey rug.

I want you to schedule a pick up as it is a lg rug! So tired of trying to get this taken care of! I no what I ordered and it is not my fault it’s WRONG! I have tried for days to call! Always busy! I am in AL with COVID and need this delivered to Mission TX

This was dusty and frayed. And hard to vaccum. It was not backed. I will be sending this back
