I should have read the description more closely because I didn’t realize this was a folded “mat” not a rug. I love the pattern and it also has 4 loops at the corners and 4 aluminum stakes to hold it down. It’s not really appropriate for a porch or patio in my opinion. It’s more for the sand or a campsite. I’ve had it unfolded in the sun to kind of relax, and the areas where the folds were are still separated. Thus the 3 stars.

The best for outdoor, as soon as you set it down you have a great looking space to set out chairs and hang out and the little bit of cushion from it is nice. It folded right back up and went into the case when we were done using it. The material beads liquid and sprays off easy and dries quick or quicker with a towel. Super handy and useful and great looking.
