The rug had a slight odor when it arrived, likely because the package got very warm during shipping. The smell has been fading each day and continues to improve. Overall, the rug looks great, and I'm very happy with how it looks.

This rug is beautiful. However it smells horrible. It arrived with a strong smell of moisture. I let it sit outside, sat it in front of a fan inside, and sprinkled baking soda on it and let it sit for 12 hours. It helped but it’s a lingering musty smell. They sent a replacement and I only could the package open and could smell again with the second one.

It’s so nice and lays flat but the amount of dust is insane. One of the sides did start coming apart but we have high traffic in the area where we placed it.
