Love the look. The wear and tear is great as the make of the rug is strong and sturdy .. it is also comfortable to walk and stand on. I would recommend this rug.

I ordered black rug that had taken about 6 weeks to arrive. When I received it it looked like a washed out Navy blue color. I called for a refund and the representative had me take a picture of the item. I told her it will look black just like it did on the website so I laid it next to a black rug that I had to show her the difference which she was then able to see. She asked if I wanted to keep it for a partial refund.....why???? It is not the correct color. In the end I did end up getting a refund.

I’m not at all satisfied with this purchase this rug was described as velvet it’s far from velvet. It is a REAL CHEAP knock off of a velvet rug. After waiting for weeks to get it I’m very disappointed!!! I wish I could return it or get a refund but of course the return fee is probably more than I paid for the rug. This is I’m first purchase from Wayfair that I’m terribly disappointed.
