The photo of the rug b4 purchasing looked like a muted, soft pattern. It is nothing like that. As you can see by the picture, it is a very def checkered pattern. I kept it because the cost of returning is so high and it is my second attempt at buying a rug. Wayfare needs to do a better job showing what the product looks like. If I can show the pattern they certainly should be able to.
