It’s hard to put my disappointment into words. This rug is nothing like the picture or the description. The surface of the rug is more like a velour suit than a rug; there’s really no wool pile, or any pile for that matter. Worse yet, it’s going to cost me $62 in return shipping. For $740, I feel totally duped. Wayfair really should cover the return shipping costs because of how inaccurately this was represented.

Nice bath mat. It fit my bathroom decor.
