Rug Size:Rectangle 2'7" x 3'11"
Very disappointing. I was fooled by the picture as this not a what I call a rug. It’s more of a pad with a picture of a print on it. No pile just a thin foam mat. I kept the small version of this mat but refused delivery of the larger 8x10 version. Very cheap and definitely something I wouldn’t want in my home.

For home furnishings, Wayfair is one of the best options in Canada, due to the large inventory and efficient return process. However, the online return process indicated a return shipping fee of $36.73. I proceeded with the return and immediately got an email indicating return fees of $79.87. I reached out to Wayfair about the discrepancy and did not receive a response. A few days later when the return was processed for the incorrect amount, I reached out a second time, and the response was simply that the return fee matched what was emailed to me, and was therefore correct. I reached out a third time to explain (again) that what was emailed to me was different than what was accepted online and asked for a credit or a phone call, but received neither. It's a shame that Wayfair would choose to lose credibility over $40, and that they would not be interested in getting to the bottom of this issue with their system.
