I did everything I could to get this rug to lay flat. For over $100, an outdoor rug should not repeatedly curl. It’s beyond the return so I’ll be donating I guess.

I'm giving this rug 1 star, but not because of quality. It's beautiful and well-made. Unfortunately, the color is not as advertised. If I received the correct color, it would be a 4-star review. I needed the Chestnut color but got a Gold/Natural color instead, which is probably why some reviews comment on how dark it is, they probably didn't look at the name on the label. It was too dark for my needs. After multiple contacts with customer service, who promised a quick delivery for a replacement, it didn't ship, so I cancelled the replacement. Other vendors sell it as the color Brown/Light Brown, so I'll see if it's a better color for my space.
