Was sent the completely wrong rug and then had to pay $40 out of pocket for packaging materials to return even though it was their mistake. Check with extra care before unpacking this rug because "free shipping" doesn't cover all the fees needed to cover a mistake on the company's end. - photo of wrong rug.
