Giving this three stars because the item itself is beautiful. However it is way smaller in person. It’d be helpful to see dimensions for each provided size visually, but this is more an error on my end. I also purchased this item a few days before it was discounted. Most retailers would provide a price adjustment within a respective timeframe, but customer service remained firm. I will be returning it, getting a bigger size, and paying a discounted price… just wish customer service wouldn’t make it such a hassle to accommodate a paying customer.

I had to return in for size, it’s slightly off from what’s mentioned, couple inches more and less . Brown color is lighter than what shows up in the picture. Overall good quality.
