Beautiful rug overall and looks great. The design and texture feel high-quality and the wool/cotton blend has a nice, soft feel underfoot. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that there are a number of colored threads in the ivory background that are noticeable up close and weren’t what I expected. That said, the seller/customer service team responded to my concern very quickly and offered a prompt, fair solution, so I’m overall satisfied with the purchase and happy to keep it.
