This rug is very slippery to walk on with bare feet and could be a fall hazard. It looks lovely but I thought it was more textured. It hard to tell by the photo.

I received one of the 2 area rugs that I ordered. I brought up the AP and wanted to call customer service. There is NO WAY to go to customer service from the AP. You need to make this available for customers to follow up on their deliveries for convenience. The only way to get to customer service is to go into the website separately from the AP. BY THE WAY ….. I love my (1) area rug. Please send my 2nd one. I will call customer service.
