Very dissatisfied with this purchase. What was delivered was NOT a shag rug. The carpet is thin, the material is cheap, and not at all what was expected.

I am disappointed in this rug. The colors are great but the rug itself is cheap feeling and NOT what it looked like on the website. There is no pile to this rug, they show a plush piling of shag carpet but the one I received was thin and flat. I probably would have sent it back but my grandson was so happy to finally have a rug in his room, I choose not to.
