Much too thin. YES the pattern/colors are vibrant and jump out at you, but it is flat and hard. I must say, the colors are (EXACT) to what you see on your monitor. I like a thicker carpet/rug, so this is not for me, but the pattern is really what it appears to be. Chocolate/Gold/Brown/Cream colors are exactly what you get.
