I was nervous that the texture would be like our wool pebble rug we purchased before - trendy, but constantly shedding and needed to literally be trimmed with scissors after every vacuum (never buy those!) this rug is a low pile looped texture that doesn’t seem to shed at all. Pleasantly surprised by the soft texture, I was prepared for scratchiness. We got the dark charcoal color

It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The carpet is thicker than most area rugs we’ve purchased. Also the color was just as pictured. I was completely satisfied.
