Tapis de couleur unie en coton touffeté à la main Talena

Great value, really helped pull a little seating area together.

This is a stunning and sophisticated 100% wool rug with a cotton backing. It was well packaged, delivered on time and well made. I love that wool contains lanolin, a natural stain and dirt repellant. The value for my money is unmatched.

Nice Rug, but the Edges Were Not Cut Straight We’ve purchased five rugs from Wayfair, and overall we’ve had very good experiences. Unfortunately, this was the first one where the quality control was noticeably off. The rug itself is nice, but several of the edges are visibly uneven and not straight. It honestly looks like portions were cut by hand with scissors rather than being cleanly and consistently finished by a machine. On a large 9’ x 12’ rug, the unevenness is noticeable once it’s laid out. However, I have to give Wayfair a lot of credit for how they handled the situation. When I contacted customer service, they were extremely accommodating. They offered to replace the entire rug, or alternatively provide a discount so we wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of rolling up and returning such a large, heavy rug and then waiting for another one. We chose the more convenient option, and I really appreciated having that choice. While I was disappointed with the finishing of this particular rug, Wayfair’s customer service made the situation much better. Considering the other rugs and products we’ve purchased from Wayfair have been good, I view this as an unfortunate quality-control issue rather than a reflection of our overall experience with the company.
