First, I ordered a round rug and received the square one in the picture. I did not receive any notice that this would happen. Second, delivery was frustrating. I ordered two rugs. The second package came first. I received a notice from Wayfair that my rugs had been delivered. Your website says to wait 36 hrs. if the order is not complete. The second not round rug eventually arrived. The rug is what I wanted with the exception of the shape. The rugs are OK, color and design are true to the picture, but they are not round. I am disappointed.
