Pas de bonne qualité, il est arrivé avec le caoutchouc fissuré et les poils sont pire que des poils d’animaux, il y en a partout partout partout! Ils se défont à l’œil et s’enmêlent avec ceux restants… bref, visuellement c’est un désastre et préparez vous à passer beaucoup beaucoup de balayeuses autour du tapis!!

I am extremely disappointed with these rugs. They are advertised as BLACK, but they are absolutely not black. They arrived in a very noticeable dark navyblue color, and there is no mistaking it for black. These rugs are also very heavy and cumbersome, so returning them would have been a major inconvenience. Because of that, I ended up spending additional time and money painting them myself just to make them the color they were advertised to be in the first place. I contacted customer service about the inaccurate color, and the response was basically that I could send them back for a refund. That was frustrating considering the size and weight of the rugs and the fact that the issue was caused by the product description being inaccurate. If you are purchasing these because you specifically want a BLACK coir rug, be aware this rug is NOT black. It is a strange dark navy blue. I would not have purchased them had the color been represented accurately.

I genuinely like this rug, though it possesses a few characteristics worth mentioning. On the positive side, the packaging was excellent; the rug was easy to unwrap and showed no signs of curling upon being laid out. I originally purchased it for indoor use, but because the coir material is much firmer than I expected, I am relocating to my outdoor terrace. My only significant critique concerns its maintenance. The fibrous material easily traps hair and fine debris, which can be quite stubborn to remove.

Fits the space perfectly and the quality is excellent!

Used for our lake house. Fantastic addition . Not too hard to assemble . Would recommend!
