Tapis en coton tissé à la main Estis

This rug is really, beige with green stripes! Trust the reviews. I ordered it twice. The label on the packaging was different than what the listing said. The Wayfair representative said there was no way for her to correct the situation or contact the supplier to correct it. They should take this listing down if they can’t get it right. I asked to speak to a supervisor or a different department to help them fully understand the problem. I got nowhere. It’s great quality and I would liked to have had it in the correct color.

I wasn’t sure how to read this. It is a beautiful rug, well-made, nice colors as pictured. However, like a few of the other reviews, I received the wrong one. I ordered Green with white stripes and got white with green stripes. When I called to correct this issue and order the rug I wanted, pointing out that the label on the rug and its name did not match the description on the website, they were still not able to help ensure that I would get the right rug next time. They gave me a refund, said they would contact the third-party supplier, and suggested I wait a few weeks and try to order it again and see if the error was corrected. Now I wait.

Please do not bother ordering this rug, or at least not in the 8' x 10' size. I have ordered this TWICE, and each time received an IVORY carpet with GREEN stripes, not the opposite. The carpet ships directly from the rug manufacturer. Wayfair customer service tells me they will NOT reach out to the supplier to fix this confusion (mislabeling, etc.), and instead suggested I write a review to warn others. So I am now doing THEIR work, and warning YOU.

I always wanted this rug but I received every time the wrong color

The item is fine, please change the description from White to Ivory
