Purchased this area rug in a 4x6. It has a rubber nonslip backing, which I wanted but the carpet that is supposed to be attached on top is all loose and buckled. There is too much material as you can lift it from the rubber instead of being attached and it's full of loose buckled wrinkles. And on top of that I have to pay a fee to return it.
