Very nice - high quality rug.

This 8x10 rug, 8x10 rug was folded numerous times and now will not lay flat. I received more than 25% refund. Very annoyed it was folded in a box. I spent a couple weeks choosing a wall color and matching it to the rug and my abstract sofa. Now it's a fall hazard!

So glad Wayfair still sells Garland solid color rugs!!! Have always had good luck!!!

Color is much duller and it is folded, not rolled. Poor quality

This rug arrived on time! and it is what we were lookinf for ease and color. But this rug is a wrinkled nightmare. Contacted Customer care and she said to wait a few more days which would be Monday afternoon to determine if its smoothing out. My suggestion? do not fold and ship large rugs with rubber backings. I would have paid shipping to have it shipped on a rolled 10 ft width cardbard cylander so it would not be wrinkled. I had a room fully renovated and oreded rug for timing as the bedroom was being set up as soon as rug arrived. Now we are waiting for rug to lay flat. Dee
