We ordered 3 of these rugs. One large 7'6" x 9'6" a 2'x3' and a runner for the hallway. We ordered the largest area rug first to see if we liked the color/quality. We loved the color and the thickness/pile of the rug was quite pleasing. However, on the back side there was a large "gash" or "weaving void". As these rugs are supposed to be hand wove, so I imagine some imperfection, but my concern was that this flaw would only get bigger and worse. It was my first wayfair order and they were great with the return and I ordered a replacement and confidently purchased the smaller throw rug and runner at the same time. The throw rug and runner arrived at the same time and there were no flaws in the weave and they look great (totally satisfied). When my large replacement area rug arrived it was in worse shape with more flaws than the first! I tried to order another replacement rug, deciding to keep the second one until it arrived and then return the worse of the two. Well, the third rug was cancelled by wayfair as out of stock. I was so glad that I did not return rug #2 as I would be SOL. I am keeping rug #2 as I purchased the warranty and assume if anything happens I can get a refund. We will see how that works. However if replacements are already out of stock, I will probbably have to purchase a different rug family :(

It's a little more grey tinged in person, still a quality run though!
