This rug is very pretty and is washable. Since the rug is large, I have to take it to the laundromat for the big commercial machines, but not too often. I use this runner in my kitchen & spot clean if necessary.

Perfect size in front of my French doors out back, very durable! Doesnt slip, either, which is a plus.

I ordered the 5x8 size. I love the backing because it does not slip and does not require a pad. The rug came folded and the creases are nearly impossible to get out. I've tried washing it, putting in dryer, blow dryer, rolling it, etc.
