I wanted to love this rug because of the design and how it looked online but it wasn’t what I expected when it arrived. The pics make the black color look even and rich. I didn’t expect all the white lines. It does come vacuum sealed and folded and there are instructions to let it sit out for a while and then vacuum it to remove the lines. There were alot of white lines when I initially opened the package which I was disappointed to see but decided to give it time. I followed instructions and folded it against the creases and left it for a couple of days then I rolled it out and vacuumed it but the lines didn’t go away in my opionion. As you can see in my pics it kinda looks the same to me. The first day pics are on the brown wood floor and the “days later” pics are in the space where it is going with the gray floor. It’s nice that the rug is machine washable and I’m still going to use it as it is going under theater chairs in the basement but just wished it didn’t have so many lines. I would recommend depending on where it is going in your space.Happy Shopping!

The colors adjust to the light settings in your home. The rug is soft and it is big so it should fit whatever space you decide to place it in my only gripe is I believe if I wash it I will have to air dry it instead of putting is in a dryer because it feels like there is a foam substance inside instead of cloth or cotton so I would be leery of if it meta or shrivels in the heat
