I took a chance on this rug due to a Black Friday sale but had no idea what this rug would actually look or feel like in person. Happy to report it looks good! The pattern is woven in and not printed on. The fibers are thick and sturdy but not scratchy—something I was worried about. It’s a great thickness and looks more expensive than it is. The oversized plaid pattern is a contemporary twist on a traditional style. It has upgraded the look of our room and wears well. My husband and teen rarely comment on rugs and both were emphatic that they liked it and we should keep it.
