I think the rug is really nice. It's a tad bit slippery but nothing like some of the other faux fur ones I tried out. I ordered a small one first to see if I like the color and it seemed a lot lighter than the 7'6" one I just got. Definitely shows as a dark gray with the black white combo. I only give it 4 stars because it is as thin as a blanket so could easily be tripped over or constantly needed fixed. I used some double sided sticky pads to attach it to the carpet pad underneath which should help. It seems very expensive compared to some of the other faux fur rugs, so hopefully it lasts.

Soft and will look great in front of a chair in my bedroom. I would recommend this. It will add warmth once my hardwood floors are in
