This rug was to be for my daughter's 13th birthday. I ordered the Everly Quinn Ridgeley Hand Tufted Abstract Indoor Rug- Rectangle 5'x7' that has a buff pink with the gold accent foils which you may review in my pictures. Unfortunately a different rug came in that is not part of my daughter's 1) color scheme (all wrong). This color is a mauve purple with silver accent foils. 2) The design of what we are going for is all wrong 3) I paid for the Ridgeley not this Pink Chryso Collection, 4) Age group is for young children as my daughter just turned 13 and we are going for a teen room not young child. I refuse to take this carpet out of the full packaging but I have taken plenty of pictures and I can tell the two rugs are not the same- feels like a bait and switch. I just got this yesterday and my plan is to take it to USPS today. Pics grouped by expectation, packaging of what I received, and paperwork.

It’s so much prettier in person! Love the color. It matches perfectly for the nursery. It’s also so so soft!

This rug is fantastic! It is so soft and cleans so easily! My 3 big dogs love to roll on it and I don’t have to worry about it getting stained! Highly recommend!

While this was a very soft rug, it was not at all accurately depicted in the website photos. It has a significant amount of metallic silver all throughout the rug, not easily seen in the photos. It also did not describe this in the description. When I contacted customer service, they were of no help in providing me with a complimentary return label, which I think was a very reasonable request given the inaccuracy on their part. Needless to say, this was a disappointing experience and I will not be ordering from Wayfair in the future.

First off, the carpet is very good quality. Super soft to the touch. My issue is that the color is much darker than photos. Its almost more purple than pink. It doesn't blend well with rest if furniture. We liked it enough to use in another room, just a little disappointed it didn't match photo. I'd give it 3.5 stars.
