This rug pills and shreds from your feet being placed on it while sitting on a chair or couch. Constantly hand-picking or vacuming up the shreds daily. It makes the room and rug look unkept. Also, the rug was shipped folded rather than rolled, so when positioned in place it did not lay flat. Very disappointed in this experience with Wayfair as this was not an inexpensive purchase. :(
