Multiple issues with the rug. Arrived shipped only with plastic wrap that had torn open during shipping and left dirt streaks on the exposed part of the rug. Also, the rug was bound so tightly & folded in different directions, it's full of hard ripples & creases that will not lay down flat. In addition, the overall quality is poor. The rug is thin and cardboard like. These products are a trip hazard and not safe to use.

Out of all the rugs I've ordered from Wayfair, this one is the worst. It is still completely bunched up and won't lay flat anywhere.
