I ordered three of these rugs. When i opened the boxes, the colors didn't look like the photo on the website. the colors are much lighter and muted. Wayfair wanted nearly $150.00 to return them. I contacted customer service and sent them the photos of the rugs. They agreed that two of the rugs did not match the colors on their website, but the third rug did match. Total and complete BS!!! All the rugs were exactly the same. Wayfair didn't agree, but they decided to charge me $31.85 to send back rugs that were misrepresented on their website. I will never order from this misleading website again. I've spent thousands of dollars with Wayfair. They'll never see another dime of my hard earned money!!!

Love this rug! The colors were better than what were pictured. It is gorgeous and looks great on my tile floor!
