Tapis en jute plat Flatdeave

So the rug arrived quickly and rolled and laid down relatively nicely and quickly. However, the rug I received is not the rug pictured. I still like it and think it will work as a runner by my door but definitely not what I expected.

Wrong rug was received from what was pictured. I researched what may have happened. I verified that the correct item was ordered but a different one from another supplier was shipped. I did not like the pattern. When i re-looked at the website I saw that another person had the same experience one month before me where the wrong item was shipped. Contacted Wayfair and they sent return information and very courteous to help me. I did not elect to have another one shipped because I was afraid the same mistake would happen again. They communicated to their ware house to identify the issue.

Love, love, love the look and color of this runner. The material is jute-like and a little chunky underfoot, but it stays well in place and doesn’t need to be soft or squishy in the hallway. If looking for even slightly soft this isn’t the rug for you.

The rug is an odd size but fit perfectly in my bathroom. The room feels cozy. The colors are subtle but nice. The jute is a different feel for a rug but I feel it will be perfect in this environment.

This is not the rug you receive. Even with calling wayfair, the rug received is not the rug pictured. I tried giving wayfair and the vendor the chance to send the correct rug, but there is clearly an internal issue. The rug received is no where near what this looks like. There's a colorful pattern, tassels, and texture. Wayfair missed the mark here, even with a second chance.

Really nice flatweave rug. I got the runner for my rear entry to protect the grit from shoes on the wood floor. This rug is tightly woven and does not slip around even with out a pad. The design is subtle and has a nice texture to the rug. I am very pleased with the quality and construction of this rug.
