Arrived damaged. Had a whole in it that I could not see through the packaging but the packaging was intact with no damage to it. Agreed to receive a replacement but Wayfair cancelled it. Still waiting for my refund as FedEx picked it up and I received an email stating that it was received at Wayfair warehouse. I have purchased rugs from Wayfair many times and have never had a problem. This has definitely soured my on buying anything of this ilk again.
